The GRACE- ful way to receiving Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior G=  GODS GRACE IN JESUS CHRIST FOR ALL Gods grace in Jesus Christ is for all persons Scriptures to read: Matthew 11: 28-30               Luke 15                     John 3: 16-17 Acts 10: 36-43                     Romans 5: 6-8           II Corinthians 5:17 Ephesians 2:4-10 R=  RECOGNIZING AND REPENTING OF SIN We are alienated from God and need to be saved because we have sinned, seeking  to live without God. Scriptures to read: Psalm 51                            Mark 1:15                Ephesians 2: 8-9 Titus 3:5                             James 4: 1-3 A= ACCEPTING GODS FORGIVENESS IN JESUS CHRIST God has already done everything necessary that we might be saved from our sins.  Our response is to accept the forgiveness that is ours in Jesus Christ Scriptures to read: Matthew 26:28                     Philippians 2: 5-11        Acts 4:14;  16:29-31 James 2: 14-26                    I Peter 2:24;  3:18        I John 2: 1-2 C= CONFESSING FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST AND COMMITTING OUR LIVES TO HIM  Christ invites all to become his children.  He desires to save all.  The next step in doing that is  confessing Jesus Christ as Lord. Here is a prayer you might pray by yourself or with someone else:    Dear God, I thank you that you know me and love me.  I have sinned. I have tried to live by my own way and not followed your will.  I thank you that Jesus Christ died for my sins.  I repent of my sins and accept your love and forgiveness for even me.  Through your grace alone, I confess Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.  Through the power of your Spirit, help me to lead a life as a member of your kingdom.  In the name of Jesus Christ I pray.  Amen.
